For Helpers & Community Members
Clear visits, simple check-ins, and respectful coordination—so you can help with confidence.
SilverConnect is designed for trusted helpers and community members (next-door neighbors, retired helpers) inside a family's circle—neighbors, family friends, nearby retirees, and professionals. When elders help elders, everyone gets stronger.

Trust-First Access
SilverConnect is not an open marketplace. Helpers join through trusted family invitations only. Learn why SilverConnect is different →
Community Members
Community Members are trusted neighbors, friends, or nearby retirees invited by a family — not professional caregivers, not a marketplace. These are people who already know the family or are known within the family's trusted network. They join through invitation only, with clear boundaries set by the family. Everything happens within the Trusted Circle, ensuring safety, respect, and meaningful connection.

Private Beta with Founding Families
SilverConnect is currently in a Private Beta with Founding Families. We are intentionally small during beta to protect seniors and ensure quality. Helpers and community members join through trusted invites inside a family's Trusted Circle. During beta, approved helpers are onboarded via TestFlight email invite.
Identity verification may be requested during beta for some roles as we expand access.
Request access on our website. If approved, we'll add your email to TestFlight and send install instructions along with your invite code.
Clear, Trusted Connections
As a helper or community member (next-door neighbor, retired helper), you join by invitation into a private Trusted Circle, so you always know who you're helping and why. There's no open marketplace or anonymous jobs — everything happens within a family's trusted network. This is invitation-only, known to the family, with clear boundaries.
What This Means for You
- ✓You know exactly who you're helping
- ✓No anonymous or unclear requests
- ✓Everything happens within trusted networks
- ✓Helping feels simpler when the system respects relationships. Trust-first access means clear expectations, no marketplace competition, and meaningful connections.
Simple Visit Coordination
When a visit is scheduled, details appear clearly in the app:
- Who you're helping — See the family member's name and relationship
- When you're expected — Clear date and time for the visit
- Where to go — Address and any special instructions
A One-Time Visit Code (OTVC) helps confirm your arrival, so everyone has peace of mind. Simply show the code when you arrive, and the family knows you're the right helper.
Easy Availability (Beta)
As a helper, you can set your availability to let families know when you're generally free. This helps with coordination and matching — without pressure or obligation.
Clear Communication
Silvia, your household guide, can help relay simple confirmations and reminders between family and helpers (Beta). This reduces back-and-forth and keeps communication respectful and clear.
Designed for Real Life
SilverConnect is built for everyday helpers — not just professionals. As a helper, you can:
- Accept or decline help requests comfortably — No pressure, no obligation
- See upcoming visits at a glance — Your schedule, clearly organized
- Update your profile and preferences — Control what families see about you
There are no ratings, bidding wars, or hidden expectations. Just clear, respectful coordination.
What Helpers & Community Members Do
Simple, respectful coordination—no marketplace, no pressure.
- Accept help requests when available — No obligation, no pressure
- Show up when you accept a visit — and communicate early if something changes
- Use the OTVC check-in — so the family knows the right helper arrived
- Be respectful and clear — SilverConnect is built on trust and dignity
This is not a marketplace. You help people you know or people in families that trust you. Everything happens within trusted networks.
Safety-First by Design
Families Control Access
Families control access and permissions. As a helper, you see only what you need to help effectively.
Transparent Actions
Important actions stay visible to everyone involved. No surprises, no hidden information.
Trust-First Access
Helpers join through trusted invites inside a family's Trusted Circle. There's no open marketplace—everything happens within trusted networks.
Direct Payment Between You and Families
SilverConnect does not process payments or charge transaction fees. Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the family or elderly person you're helping.
The platform facilitates coordination and trust, but all financial transactions happen directly between helpers and families — keeping things simple and transparent.
Growing with Care
SilverConnect is in Private Beta, and helper features will expand over time — guided by real-world feedback and a focus on trust, not speed. As a helper, your experience and input help shape the platform.
Once SilverConnect is on the App Store, joining will be faster because anyone can install the app directly. The trust-first model remains, but install friction reduces.
