Elders Can Give Support

Seniors can help other seniors—sharing companionship, simple check-ins, or light assistance. This isn't about professional care; it's about human connection and mutual respect.

Trusted Circle Enables Safe Reciprocity

Your Trusted Circle includes family, helpers, and trusted community members (next-door neighbors, retired helpers). Everyone is known to the family, with clear boundaries and permissions.

Silvia Supports, Humans Remain Central

Silvia helps coordinate, answer questions, and keep everyone informed. But human relationships, human judgment, and human connection remain at the center. Technology amplifies connection; it doesn't replace it.

When elders help elders, everyone gets stronger. This is purpose through reciprocity, not dependency through monitoring.

Not just caregivers

Not just caregivers — some of the most meaningful support comes from neighbors and elders helping each other. Community Members (trusted neighbors, friends, and nearby retirees) offer check-ins, companionship, and small acts that reduce loneliness—all within a trusted circle, with boundaries set by families.

Common Questions

How long does setup take?

Most families can set up their Trusted Circle and start using SilverConnect within 15-20 minutes. The app guides you through each step.

Do my parents need a smartphone?

Seniors can use SilverConnect through voice commands (Beta) or SMS (Beta). Messaging is improving during Private Beta. If replies are limited, responses may appear as in-app Alerts. A smartphone provides the best experience. Families can manage most features on behalf of their parents.

What if I need help getting started?
