Private Beta Terms

SilverConnect is currently in a Private Beta phase. By using SilverConnect during this period, you acknowledge that the service is in active development and may have limitations, bugs, or changes. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to improve.

By accessing or using SilverConnect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

SilverConnect is a coordination platform designed to help families, seniors, and trusted helpers work together safely. The Service includes features such as:

• Trusted Circle coordination and permissions
• Help requests and visit scheduling
• FraudGuard scam protection checks
• Safety alerts and wellness check-ins
• Communication tools for families and helpers

Important: SilverConnect is not an emergency service, medical device, or surveillance system. It is a coordination and communication tool designed to support families in caring for aging parents.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not misuse the Service or attempt to harm it

Trusted Circle and Permissions

You are responsible for managing your Trusted Circle and the permissions you grant to family members and helpers. SilverConnect provides tools to help you coordinate, but you retain control over who can help and when.

Beta Limitations and Disclaimers

During the Private Beta, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Complete accuracy of all information or alerts
• Protection against all risks or threats

No Medical or Emergency Services: SilverConnect is not a substitute for professional medical care, emergency services, or continuous monitoring. Always seek appropriate professional help for medical emergencies or urgent situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Silver Liners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Service or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time through the Service settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
